Born in Long Beach, raised in Orange County and graduated from UCLA, few know Southern California like I do. With more than 25 years of sales and customer service experience, I know what it takes to serve and delight my clients. With confidence, I guide you through what can be a very complex process to buy or sell your home. I’m here to make it as simple as possible, to minimize the stress that one of life’s biggest decisions can bring.


In the top 20% of agents in the largest office in the greater Long Beach area, I am part of a dynamic office that offers unparalleled support and teamwork to help you buy a home, sell a home, or invest in real estate. With access to affiliates (lenders, title reps, home inspectors, home warranty reps, termite companies, and more) you are assured the best support through the process. I have access to homes across the Southland, including leads on some that are not on the market yet, so something you won’t find on the Internet to buy or to compare the sales price of your home. It’s about serving you.

For sellers, I bring in a staging consultant to give you a complimentary report on what you can do to best prepare your home for sale. As a buyer, I give you access to apps and programs you can’t get off the Internet, without an agent. It’s about your time and money.

While I primarily focus on the greater Long Beach/West Orange County area for my buyer clients, I provide real estate service throughout a good part of the Southland for my clients who are selling a home, from the Westside to the reaches of Orange County. I also have an excellent network of agents for those areas where I feel a more local expert would better serve you. I give and accept referrals from around the country, too. It’s about getting you the best service.

I don’t just work in this area, my husband and I make our home here. I have immediate family throughout Southern California, over four counties. I am active in local charities, including Pathways to Independence, Young Horizons Child Development Centers, New Hope Grief Support, and local schools, and I am a member of Leadership Long Beach. I donate a portion of my compensation from every transaction to a local charity, or to one of my clients’ choosing. It’s about community and making it the best it can be for all of us.

When you’ve purchased or sold your home, I stay with you after the deal is done. I’m here for referrals for resources in your new neighborhood, if needed. You become a member of my Client Appreciation Program (CAP), with invitations to events throughout the year, small gifts and other ways to remind you how much I appreciate your business and support.
